Our return policy lasts 30 days from you receiving your order. Have a look and make sure you are happy with your order. If there's any problem, please ring us to let us know. You can email or text too. We'll happily correct any mistake. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Refunds (where applicable)
Please ring or email or text straight away to discuss if you need to return or refund. We are a small Australian craft business and happy customers are all we want. We will refund same day or next day once you contact us and explain a problem. There isn't a big office with staff, just us craftspeople hand making our frames with care.

Shipping

If it's our mistake, we pay all costs. If you made some mistake and want to change, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
We refund 1 sale a year on average because of a problem. We replace 1 or 2 frames a year because of our mistakes or a delivery breakage. Pretty good odds really! Bet Apple doesn't have such a success rate!
